Scope of activities

This group will continue discussions that were initiated by a NOAA workshop in August 2020 meant to identify gaps in OA-HAB research and potential useful research products that incorporate OA-HAB interactions. This forum is a space to continue and add to those discussions, and bring in other voices that were not able to attend the workshop.
