OA Med-Hub

The OA Med-hub team is aligned with the Ocean Acidification Mediterranean hub (OA Med-hub) as a regional hub of the Global Ocean Acidification Observing Network (GOA-ON). The OA Med-hub’s goals include developing a better understanding of the processes associated with coastal and sea acidification in the Mediterranean, and its effects on marine resources, particularly on economically valuable species potentially impacted by acidification. Supporting the Mediterranean OA community will be done through promoting scientific collaborations and building capacity. This network will use this OAIE team as a platform for sharing opportunities, disseminating new information related to OA in the Mediterranean, and asking other relevant questions.
