Scope of activities

The California Current team is aligned with the California Current Acidification Network (C-CAN). C-CAN’s priorities include developing an ocean acidification monitoring network for the west coast, improving understanding of linkages between oceanographic conditions and biological responses, and developing models that characterize these linkages and forecast biological and economic effects.
